Description

Black Bombs is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per pack. The daily portion is 2 tablets, which provide Berberine HCL (Berberis vulgaris) 600 mg, Capsicum pepper (Capsicum annuum) extract 8:1 (equivalent to 800 mg) at 100 mg, Green Tea Extract 20:1 (equivalent to 2000 mg, 95% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 50% EGCG) (Camellia sinensis) at 100 mg, L-Choline Bitartrate 100 mg, Black Pepper Extract (95% Piperine) (Piper nigrum) 10 mg, ProGBB (Gamma-butyrobetaine) 50 mg, L-Phenylalanine 100 mg, Caffeine 100 mg and Chromium 100 µg.

The tablets also contain bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate) and a coating (HPMC, Nutrafinish black). No major allergens are declared on the label, though the product is made in a facility that also uses milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Mandatory information

Beginners: Start by taking 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once per day, preferably in the morning. Advanced: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the afternoon, no later than 5 hours before bedtime. Daily portion = 2 tablets (30 servings per container).
