BCAA 4:1:1 Powder in Watermelon flavour is supplied as a powder in a 500 g pack. Each 10 g serving provides 4,000 mg L-leucine, 1,000 mg L-isoleucine, 1,000 mg L-valine, giving a BCAA total of 6,000 mg, along with L-glutamine at not exceeding 3,150 mg.

The ingredients include an instant BCAA mixture (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), L-glutamine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, beetroot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, and anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide. The product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Mandatory information

Mix a serving of 10 g (approx. ½ measuring scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after it. May be used also during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
