BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode, Cola flavour, is a powder supplied in a 200g pack, giving approximately 27 servings of 7.2g each. Each serving provides 5 g of branched chain amino acids in a 20:1:1 ratio of L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine, alongside 1 g of L-citrulline.

The ingredient list also includes citric acid as an acidity regulator, flavourings, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, the sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, soy lecithin as an emulsifier, zinc bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), and colours that vary depending on the flavour variant. Per serving, the product provides 0.21 mg vitamin B6, 57 mg magnesium, 1.50 mg zinc and 23 mg sodium.

The product contains soy, from lecithins derived from soy. It is manufactured on a production site that also processes derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, and molluscs.
