Magnesium Complex is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per pack, giving 30 daily servings. A daily serving of 4 capsules provides 257.7 mg of magnesium (68.7% Nutrient Reference Value) together with 40 mg of L-leucine, for which no Nutrient Reference Value is established.

The magnesium is provided as magnesium malate standardized to 11.3% magnesium, magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) standardized to 14.5% magnesium, and magnesium acetyl taurate (ATA Mg®) including 6.5% magnesium. The formulation also contains inulin and L-leucine, with a capsule shell made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose coloured with carrot concentrate.

No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, and the product does not contain added sugar, flavourings, artificial colorants, GMO or sweeteners. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.
