Description

This product is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 380 mg of chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.) at a DER of 4:1, 150 mg of hydrolysed milk protein (Lactium®), 50 mg of inositol (myo-inositol) and 10 mg of L-leucine.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and inulin is also included among the ingredients. The label states that it contains milk. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Mandatory information

Recommended daily intake: 1–4 capsules per day, depending on individual needs. Suggested usage regimens: Basic (stress prevention): 1 capsule once a day, taken for one month. Intensive (chronic stress): 1 capsule twice a day, for 15 days. Advanced (acute stress): 2 capsules twice daily, on the day before and on the day of increased demand — limited to a short period. Take capsules with water.
