Description

Arctic Cod Liver Oil is supplied in softgel form, with 180 soft gels per container, which the label states is 60 servings of 3 soft gels each. Each serving of 3 soft gels provides 750 mg of total omega-3s, including 240 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA, along with 25 calories, 3.0 g of total fat, 10 mg of cholesterol, and naturally occurring vitamin A (150–600 IU) and vitamin D (0–12 IU).
