Each scoop contains choline (as choline bitartrate) 185 mg, a Carnitine Cutting Blend of 1,500 mg (Acetyl L-Carnitine 750 mg and L-Carnitine Tartrate 750 mg), Caffeine Anhydrous 200 mg, a Metabolic Herbal Extract Blend of 150 mg (Green Tea Leaf Extract, Oolong Tea Leaf Extract, Black Tea Extract), a Tyrosine Focus Blend of 1,000 mg (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 500 mg and L-Tyrosine 500 mg), L-Taurine 1,000 mg, Choline Bitartrate 500 mg, Phosphatidylserine (SerinAid) 50 mg, Huperzine A [Huperzia serrata extract (whole grass)] 100 µg, Dandelion Root Powder 100 mg, and Uva Ursi Leaf Powder 100 mg.

Other ingredients are citric acid, natural and artificial mango, peach, and orange flavors, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, malic acid, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, Yellow #5 Lake, and Yellow #6 Lake. The label states it contains soy and is made in a GMP facility on equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, and sesame.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 rounded scoop with 8-10 oz of your beverage of choice. Take 1 serving upon waking and another serving 4-6 hours later. Each serving should be taken on an empty stomach just prior to a meal. Stay well hydrated while on the product. Follow 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. For optimal results, combine with a proper cutting diet.
