ADAM Multi-Vitamin for Men is a comprehensive daily multivitamin formulated specifically for men's nutritional needs. Delivered in 180 easy-to-swallow softgels (90 servings), each two-softgel serving provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals in highly bioavailable forms — including chelated minerals from Albion™ and TRAACS®, active Methylcobalamin B-12, and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P) — designed to support efficient absorption and utilisation.

Beyond the core vitamin and mineral profile, ADAM is enriched with a targeted men's blend featuring Saw Palmetto Extract (Serenoa repens), Lycopene from LYC-O-MATO® natural tomato extract, Lutein from FloraGLO® marigold flowers, Phytosterols, Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10 (as Ubiquinone), Grape Seed Extract, and Inositol. Premium trademarked ingredients such as Betatene® Beta-Carotene, Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals, and FloraGLO® Lutein reflect a commitment to quality sourcing in every serving.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.
