ADAM Men's Multiple Vitamin is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides a range of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 1500 µg, Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate) 125 mg, Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) 12.50 µg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 50 mg, Vitamin K-1 17.50 µg, Thiamin 12.50 mg, Riboflavin 12.50 mg, Niacin 17.50 mg, Vitamin B-6 12.50 mg, Folate DFE 340 µg (Folic Acid 200 µg), Vitamin B-12 125 µg, Biotin 150 µg, Pantothenic Acid 25 mg, Choline 12.50 mg, Calcium 25 mg, Iodine 75 µg, Magnesium 12.50 mg, Zinc 15 mg and Selenium 100 µg.

The tablets also contain copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium, along with saw palmetto berry, alpha lipoic acid, lycopene, CoQ10, resveratrol, grape seed extract, inositol and lutein from marigold flowers extract. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide and a vegetarian coating containing hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate and sunflower oil. Vitamin E is derived from non-GMO soy (highly refined).

The product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is gluten free and lactose free.
