100% Casein Protein in chocolate cream flavour is a powder supplied in a 900g pack, providing 30 servings. Each serving is 2 scoops (30g), and the container holds 30 servings.

The ingredients are micellar casein (89%) from milk, cocoa powder, flavour, xanthan gum, LactoSpore (Bacillus Coagulans), sweetener (sucralose), DigeZyme enzyme complex (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase), salt and Stevia Reb A 97%. Per 30g serving it provides 438 kJ / 103 kcal, 0.8g fat of which 0.38g saturates, 1.2g carbohydrate of which 1.07g sugars, 24.2g protein and 0.1g salt.

The label states the product contains milk and is gluten free.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume.
