This is a powder supplied in a 900g pack, with a serving size of 35g and 25 servings per container. It is made primarily from beef protein hydrolysate, which makes up 86% of the formula, along with creatine monohydrate, cocoa, a mixture of palm oil, glucose syrup and milk protein, L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, L-methionine and L-tryptophan.

The formula also includes a mixture of digestive enzymes known as Digezyme (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase), the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, and the sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides. The label states a typical amino acid profile including L-alanine, L-arginine, L-aspartic acid, L-cysteine, L-glutamic acid, glycine, L-histidine, hydroxyproline, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-proline, L-serine, L-threonine, L-tyrosine, L-valine and L-tryptophan.

The product contains milk protein and may contain traces of soy.
