The softgels contain cold-pressed linseed oil (47%), with a capsule shell made from gelatin and glycerol as a humectant, along with vitamin K (menaquinone) and vitamin D (cholecalciferol). The label notes that the product may contain soy, as the vitamin K2 MK-7 is derived from natto/soybeans, and that the capsule shell is of animal origin (gelatin).
