Description
Thermo Stim Hardcore is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule provides a ThermEnergy Diffuse System of 124 mg, made up of ginger extract, extract of Cayenne pepper, raspberry extract and extract of black pepper, together with a F.A.T. Destroyer System of 437 mg containing guarana extract, Sinetrol, cocoa extract, caffeine, vitamin C and niacin.
The guarana extract supplies 92 mg of caffeine per capsule, with an additional 33 mg of caffeine listed separately. Vitamin C is present at 40 mg (50% Nutrient Reference Value) and niacin at 16 mg (100% Nutrient Reference Value) per capsule.
Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as anticaking agents, with the capsule shell made from gelatine and colorant E171. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the product is produced in a facility that may also process milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, crustacean shellfish and fish ingredients.

Osbeck, Citrus grandis, Citrus aurantium var. dulcis, Paullinia cupana), microcrystalline cellulose - bulking agent, 6.7% cocoa extract, 5.7% ginger extract, 4.3% extract of Cayenne pepper, 3.8% L-ascorbic acid - vit. C, 3.1% caffeine, 1.9% nicotinic acid - niacin, 1.4% raspberry extract; magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide - anticaking agents, 0.4% extract of black pepper; capsule (gelatine - component of hull, colorant: E171).
Mandatory information
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a large glass of water. On training days: take 1 capsule approximately 30 minutes before workout. On non-training days: take 1 capsule before a meal. Due to high caffeine content, do not consume late in the evening. Start with 1 capsule per day to assess individual tolerance before increasing the dosage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
