It contains Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate) and Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate), along with an Extreme Muscle Fuel Blend of Beta-Alanine, Raspberry Ketones, Guarana Seed Extract and Caffeine Anhydrous, and a Ripper Shred Matrix of Green Tea Leaf Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Taurine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Cinnamon Bark Extract and Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl. Total caffeine per serving is 200 mg.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz (180-250 mL) of cold water. Take 1 to 2 times daily.
