Solgar Vitamin E Natural Liquid delivers 100 mg of natural-source d-Alpha Tocopherol per serving in a convenient, easy-to-measure liquid format. Each 0.5 mL serving provides 667% of the daily reference value, complemented by a blend of Mixed Tocopherols including d-Beta, d-Gamma and d-Delta Tocopherols.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The liquid form is particularly suitable for those who prefer an alternative to capsules or tablets, and it can be taken directly or mixed with food. A carrier base of safflower oil and vegetable oil is used in this formulation.
