Description

R1 Protein, Lightly Salted Caramel is a powder supplied in a 2280g (5 lb) pack, containing 76 servings. Each serving size is 1 scoop (approximately 30g).

The protein blend consists of whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein isolate. Other ingredients include natural and artificial flavors, soy and/or sunflower lecithin, salt, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and caramel color. The label states it contains milk and soy.

Each serving provides 110 calories, 0.5g total fat, less than 5mg cholesterol, 50–60mg sodium, 1–2g total carbohydrate, 0g dietary sugars, and 25g protein, along with 6g+ of naturally occurring BCAAs and 12g of naturally occurring EAAs.
