Description
This product is supplied in capsule form, with 360 vegetable capsules per container at 700 mg per capsule. A serving of 2 capsules provides 1,400 mg of psyllium husk powder (husk/seed) and 100 mg of apple pectin powder, giving 1 g of total carbohydrate including 1 g of dietary fiber (0.9 g soluble, 0.1 g insoluble) and 5 calories.
The capsule shell is made from hypromellose (cellulose capsule). The remaining ingredients are stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
The label notes the product may contain traces of sesame and is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.

Mandatory information
