Description
Prenatal DHA Vegan is supplied in softgel form, with 60 soft gels per container, providing 30 servings of 2 soft gels each. Each serving supplies 10 calories, 1 g of total fat, 500 mg of total omega-3s and 500 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
The DHA is derived from algal oil (marine algae oil from Schizochytrium sp.), combined with high oleic sunflower oil and natural mixed tocopherols as an antioxidant. The soft gel capsule is made from modified cornstarch, carrageenan, glycerin, sorbitol and purified water. The label states the product contains no gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colors or flavors, and is free of animal ingredients.
