Each serving provides 830 mg of total omega-3s in triglyceride form, made up of 480 mg DHA, 205 mg EPA and 145 mg other omega-3s, along with 10 µg (400 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and less than 5 mg of cholesterol.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural strawberry flavor, additional natural strawberry flavor, d-alpha tocopherol, and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil).
