Description

Complete EFA 1200 mg is supplied in softgel form, with 90 softgels per pack. Each softgel provides 400 mg of Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil), 400 mg of Pure Fish Oil and 400 mg of Starflower Oil (Borage Oil).

Each softgel typically provides 203 mg of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) Omega-3, 40 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) Omega-3, 60 mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) Omega-3, 82 mg of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) Omega-6, 187 mg of Linoleic Acid (LA) Omega-6 and 93 mg of Oleic Acid Omega-9.

The softgel shell is made from gelatin (bovine) and glycerine. The label states the product contains fish and no artificial colours or flavours, and that it contains no gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, nuts, soya, sugar, salt or starch.
