Fast-C and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome is supplied in tablet form, with 60 vegetarian tablets per container. Each tablet provides 500 mg of vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 79 mg of calcium (as calcium carbonate), 8 mg of magnesium (as magnesium hydroxide), 3 mg of Bioperine piperine from black pepper extract (fruit), and 15 mg of Bio-Quercetin phytosome, which provides 5 mg of quercetin from Japanese sophora concentrate (flower bud) and a phosphatidylcholine complex from sunflower.

Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, a coating of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerin, sunflower lecithin, and sunflower oil. The label states that it contains sunflower, from the phosphatidylcholine complex, sunflower lecithin and sunflower oil, and notes no other allergens explicitly stated.
