Description

This is a liquid fish oil supplied in a 200 ml (6.7 fl oz) pack. Each serving of 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) provides 2300 mg of Norwegian fish oil, containing 800 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 400 mg EPA, 250 mg DHA and 45 mg DPA, present as triglycerides. Each serving also provides 3.3 mg (28% Nutrient Reference Value) of vitamin E.

The ingredients are Norwegian fish oil (from anchovies, sardines and mackerel), D-alpha-tocopherol, natural lemon flavor, and the antioxidant mixed natural tocopherols with rosemary extract. The label states it contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).
