Description
Omegan 750 is supplied in softgel form, with 60 capsules per pack. Each capsule provides fish oil concentrate from anchovies and sardines, with 860 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, of which 500 mg is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
The softgel shell is made from gelatin with glycerol as a humectant, and the formulation contains purified water and a tocopherol mixture (vitamin E) as an antioxidant. The label states the product contains fish, from the fish oil concentrate, and notes it is free from gluten, milk protein, lactose, soy, artificial flavors, colorants, preservatives, sweeteners, and GMOs.

Ingredients

Mandatory information
1–2 capsules 1–2 times daily, preferably before or with a meal, with sufficient liquid. Do not chew. Recommended daily portion: 1–2 capsules per day.
