Description

Hydration+, Lemon & Lime is a powder supplied in a 240g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings of 8g each.

The ingredients include coconut water powder, taurine, Aquamin™, potassium citrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, pink Himalayan crystal salt, Irish sea moss extract (15:1), flavouring, sodium citrate, calcium bisglycinate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), free-flowing agents (silicon dioxide), niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, colours (tartrazine, brilliant blue FCF) and vitamin B12.

Each 8g serving provides 1.2g protein, 1.4g carbohydrates, 0g fat and 0.3g salt. The label states no common allergens are included, though the product is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (8g) with 250ml of water or your preferred beverage. Consume once daily (1–2 servings daily). Scoops are estimate only; weighing scales are recommended.
