Description

HR Labs Defib Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst is a heavily dosed, research-driven powder formulated with experienced trainers in mind. Each 420g tub delivers 40 standard servings (or 20 advanced double-scoop servings) in a refreshing Cherryade flavour, featuring a comprehensive stack of active ingredients.

The formula includes Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Caffeine Anhydrous, alongside premium trademarked ingredients such as Peak O2™, Dynamine™, EnXtra®, RhodioPrime® 6X, BioPerine®, and AstraGin®.

HR Labs recommends assessing your own tolerance before progressing to the advanced two-scoop serving, and advises that optimal dosages of active ingredients are attained at two scoops.

Mandatory information

Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal dosages of active ingredients attained at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep.
