Description

HIT BCAA 4:1:1 + Glutamine is a powder supplied in a 450g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. Each serving is 2 scoops (15g).

The ingredients are L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine in a 4:1:1 ratio, together with L-Glutamine Monohydrate, citric acid, sucralose, flavouring, soy lecithin and colour (E129). Per 15g serving, the label lists 5000 mg L-Glutamine Monohydrate and 7500 mg total BCAAs, made up of 5000 mg L-Leucine, 1250 mg L-Isoleucine and 1250 mg L-Valine.
