Description

This is a powder supplied in a 390 g pack, stated on the label as 30 servings. One scoop is 13 g.

Each serving contains a Mineral Electrolyte Blend of 1040 mg (sodium citrate, sea salt, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide), an Instantised Vegan Fermented BCAA blend of 8000 mg (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio, an Amino Support Stack of 1700 mg (glycine, L-glutamine, L-alanine), and BioPerine (Piper nigrum fruit extract, 95% piperine) at 5 mg. Other ingredients listed are citric acid, MCT (fractionated coconut) oil, sucralose, silicon dioxide, sunflower lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, and color (spirulina).

The label states the product contains nuts (coconut) and may contain common allergens.

Active blend: Instantised Vegan Fermented BCAA 8000 mg (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) 2:1:1, Amino Support Stack 1700 mg (Glycine, L-Glutamine, L-Alanine), BioPerine® (Piper nigrum fruit extract, 95% piperine) 5 mg.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 8–16 oz (240–480 mL) of cold water in a shaker cup or water bottle. Adjust water to your sweetness preference. Best consumed multiple times per day. On training days, take one scoop before workout, one scoop during workout, and one scoop after workout. On non-training days, drink 2–3 servings at various times throughout the day.
