Description

Glutamin Recovery Amino, Naturlig is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, providing 100 servings. Each 5g serving contains 4000mg of L-glutamine and 500mg of taurine.

Mandatory information

One serving is 5g of the product dissolved in 300ml of water or juice. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning after waking up, one serving after training and one serving at night. On non-training days: one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving at night.
