Description

Critical Whey, Banana Strawberry Smoothie flavour, is a powder supplied in a 2000g pack, stated on the label as approximately 61 servings. A serving size is 33g, equivalent to two scoops.

The protein blend consists of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and milk protein concentrate. The remaining ingredients are flavourings, salt, sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, carboxymethyl cellulose and guar gum as thickeners, potassium citrate, sucralose as a sweetener, and beetroot red as a colour.

Each serving provides 24g of protein, approximately 4.6g of carbohydrates, of which approximately 2.6g are sugars, and approximately 2g of fat, of which approximately 1g is saturates. The label states the product contains milk and is manufactured in a facility that may handle other allergens.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (33g) of protein powder with 250ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1-3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
