Description

Critical Mass - Professional is a powder supplied in a 2400g pack, stated on the label as 16 servings of 150g (2.5 scoops) each. It combines organic ground oats with a protein blend of milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, alongside maltodextrin as a carbohydrate source.

The ingredient list also includes L-leucine, glutamine peptides, creatine monohydrate, CLA powder, MCT, HMB, HICA, ALA, AstraGin, DigeZyme enzyme complex, pterostilbene, chromium (as chromium picolinate), LactoSpore probiotics and sucralose as a sweetener, along with natural colouring and flavouring and soy lecithin as an instantising agent. Per 150g serving the label states 566 kcal, 10g fat, 75g carbohydrate, 4.6g fibre, 42g protein and 0.27g salt equivalent, with 5g L-leucine, 5g glutamine peptides, 3g creatine monohydrate, 2g HMB, 0.50g HICA, 250mg ALA, 40mg DigeZyme, 200µg chromium and 1 x 10^8 LactoSpore.

The label states this contains milk, gluten, wheat and soy, and is made in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy, fish and cereals containing gluten.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Mandatory information

Mix 2.5 scoops (150g) with 500ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well using a shaker bottle. Consume 1-3 servings daily depending on your calorie requirements. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
