The ingredients are Naticol® fish collagen hydrolysate, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), niacin (nicotinamide), zinc citrate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin (D-biotin), L-selenomethionine, flavouring, beet juice concentrate powder and sweetener (sucralose). Each daily portion of 5.85 g provides 5000 mg of NatiCol fish collagen hydrolysate, 80 mg vitamin C, 16 mg niacin, 10 mg zinc, 6 mg pantothenic acid, 1.10 mg thiamine, 1.40 mg vitamin B6, 1000 µg biotin and 55 µg selenium.

The label states the product may contain cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame seeds, nuts, celery and products thereof.
