Description

Charged Creatine, Sour Candy flavor, is a powder supplied in a 240 g (8.47 oz) pack containing 30 servings. Each scoop is 8 g, providing a Creatine Blend of 5 g made up of Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Magnesium Chelate and Creatine Di-Malate.

Each serving also contains a 150 mg Energy Blend of Tea Extract, Coffee Extract, Guarana Extract and Mate Extract, providing approximately 120 mg of natural source caffeine, along with a 500 mg Electrolyte Blend of Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium and Chloride. Other ingredients listed are Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide and FD&C Red #40.

The label does not explicitly declare any allergens and states the product is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility using globally sourced ingredients. It is listed as lactose free, with zero added sugars and zero fillers, and zero calories and zero total carbohydrates per serving.

Mandatory information

Mix one (1) scoop with 8–12 oz of cold water. Consume before, during, or immediately after training. Alternate uses: in the morning to jump start the day; around workouts to boost training intensity, hydration, and recovery; before big exams or meetings to increase alertness; and/or in the afternoon to crush midday energy slumps.
