NOW Foods Beta Carotene Natural delivers 7,500 µg (25,000 IU) of Vitamin A per softgel, sourced exclusively from natural mixed carotenoids derived from Dunaliella salina, a microalgae renowned for its rich carotenoid profile. Unlike synthetic alternatives, this natural beta-carotene provides a broad spectrum of carotenoids as they occur in nature, suspended in certified organic extra virgin olive oil for optimal absorption.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, the maintenance of normal skin, and the normal function of the immune system. Each softgel delivers 938% of the EU Nutrient Reference Value, making it a highly concentrated, once-daily source of this essential fat-soluble nutrient.
Produced by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula is free from titanium dioxide and uses BSE-free bovine gelatin. Mixed tocopherols derived from sunflower oil are included to help protect the integrity of the formula.
