BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode, Grapefruit is a powder supplied in a 200g pack. Each serving of 7.2 g provides 5000 mg of branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) in a 20:1:1 ratio, together with 1000 mg of L-citrulline, magnesium (from magnesium oxide), sodium (from sodium citrate), zinc (as zinc bisglycinate, Albion™), and vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Other ingredients include an acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), an emulsifier (lecithins, from soy), and dyes, with the specific dye used indicated on the packaging by a corresponding letter symbol.

The product contains soy (lecithins from soy) and is manufactured on a production site that also uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.

Ingredients

Branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-citrulline, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); zinc bisglycinate (amino acid chelate Albion™), pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6; dyes [carotene (A), real carmine (B), riboflavine (C), ammonia sugar caramel (D), ammonia sulphite sugar caramel (E), brilliant blue FCF (F), patent blue V (G), indigo carmine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllines (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), biocharcoal (N)]. Depending on the taste of the product, the relevant dye symbol (A–N) is indicated on the packaging.

Mandatory information

Mix 7.2 g (1 scoop) of powder with 200 ml of water and take once a day. Consume before, during, or after your workout for optimal results. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired taste and consistency.
