Swanson B-12 Hydroxycobalamin delivers 1000 µg of vitamin B-12 per chewable tablet in the hydroxycobalamin form — a naturally occurring cobalamin that the body readily utilises.

Each tablet is formulated to chew or dissolve under the tongue, allowing for a convenient and pleasant mixed-berry flavoured experience. Sweetened with xylitol and stevia extract, these tablets contain no added sugar and are suitable for vegetarians and those following a gluten-free lifestyle.

With 60 tablets per pack, Swanson's B-12 Hydroxycobalamin provides a two-month supply in a compact, easy-to-take format.

Ingredients

Ingredients Xylitol, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium palmitate, natural flavor (mixed berry), stevia extract, vitamin B-12 (as hydroxycobalamin).
