Arctic Cod Liver Oil is a liquid supplement supplied in a 237 ml (8 fl oz) bottle, flavored with natural lemon. Each serving size of 1 teaspoon (5 ml) provides 45 calories, 5 g of total fat, 20 mg of cholesterol, 276 µg (920 IU) of Vitamin A, and 1060 mg of total Omega-3s, made up of 340 mg EPA, 510 mg DHA and 210 mg of other Omega-3s.
