Description
AllDayYouMay by 5% Nutrition is an amino acid formula in powder form. The Legendary Series builds on the original formula with a full-spectrum blend combining branched-chain amino acids, essential amino acids, conditionally essential amino acids, and a range of targeted complexes in a single powder.
At the core of the formula is a 6,000 mg BCAA Blend delivering L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine in a 10:1:1 ratio, alongside an Essential Amino Acid (EAA) Blend and a Conditionally Essential Amino Acid (CEAA) Blend. The full amino acid matrix is designed to be used throughout the day — between meals, before training, during your session, or after your workout. The formula also includes Beta-Alanine, Coconut Water Concentrate, and a Joint & Liver Support Blend containing Glucosamine, MSM, Milk Thistle, and N-Acetyl Cysteine. Vitamins B6, B12, and C, along with Calcium and Phosphorus, are also included in the formula.
