ABE - All Black Everything Gel, Tropical Vibes is supplied in sachet form, with 20 sachets of 60g each per pack. Each sachet provides 4g of citrulline malate, 3g of creatine monohydrate, 2g of beta-alanine, 200mg of caffeine, 200mg of taurine, 80mg of vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) and 100µg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

The ingredients are water, citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, magnesium lactate, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), caffeine anhydrous, taurine, natural flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), vitamin C, sodium chloride, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

The label states no common allergens are included, but that the product is made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.
