Description

This is a strawberry-flavored whey protein powder supplied in a 2000g pack. It is based on a whey protein blend making up 96% of the product, combining whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, both derived from milk.

The remaining ingredients are flavors, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), a color (beta-carotene), an emulsifier (soy lecithin), and sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). Per 30 g serving, the product provides approximately 113 kcal, 24 g of protein, 5.4 g of BCAAs, and 4 g of glutamine.

The label states the product contains milk and soy (soy lecithin).

Mandatory information

Mix or shake 1 scoop of 100% Whey (approx. 30 grams) with 300 ml of milk (recommended), fruit juice, or water. For heavier training activities, a maximum of 4 scoops (120 grams) per day.
