Description

This is a powder supplied in a 2250g pack, with a serving size of 30g (2 scoops) giving 75 servings per container. It is a vanilla-flavoured whey protein blend made from 78% whey protein concentrate and 16.5% whey protein isolate.

The ingredient list also includes flavouring, stabilisers acacia gum and xanthan gum, beetroot concentrate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, thickener guar gum, sodium chloride, a digestive enzyme mixture called Digezyme® (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, and cellulase), and sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides. The whey protein concentrate contains emulsifier sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, and the whey protein isolate contains sunflower lecithin.

Each 30g serving provides 21.9 g of protein, 111 kcal, 1.5 g of fat, 2.4 g of carbohydrates, 0.45 g of fibre, 0.5 g of salt, and 12 mg of Digezyme®. The label states the product contains milk (whey) and may contain traces of soy.

Ingredients

May contain traces of soy.

Mandatory information

Mix one serving (30 g, approx. 2 scoops) with 140–250 ml of water in a shaker. Consume 1–3 servings per day based on daily protein needs, ideally between meals or after workouts. Maximum 3 doses per day.
