Omega 3 - 90 caps

Omega 3 is supplied in softgel form, with 90 softgels per pack. Each daily serving of one softgel provides 1000 mg of fish oil standardized for 18% EPA and 12% DHA, of which 180 mg is EPA and 120 mg is DHA.

The softgel also contains 100 µg of vitamin K as menaquinone MK-7 and 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D as cholecalciferol. The capsule shell is made from gelatine with glycerol as a humectant. The vitamin K used is menaquinone obtained using Bacillus subtilis natto.

The product contains fish (fish oil) and is not suitable for people with fish allergies. As the vitamin K2 is derived from natto (fermented soya beans), it may contain soy.
