This is a liquid fish oil supplied in an 8 fl oz (237 ml) bottle, with 48 servings per container at a serving size of 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 mL). Each serving provides 1560 mg of total omega-3s, made up of 745 mg EPA, 500 mg DHA and 315 mg other omega-3s, along with 45 calories, 5 g total fat and 30 mg cholesterol.
The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
