Liquid Iron, Natural Berry is supplied in liquid form in a 4 fl oz (118 ml) bottle. Each serving of 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) provides 5 mg of iron, as ferrous bisglycinate chelate, which corresponds to 36% Nutrient Reference Value. Per 100 ml, the product provides 200 mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate chelate.
The ingredients are iron (as ferrous bisglycinate chelate), vegetable glycerin, deionized water, natural berry flavor, citric acid and xanthan gum. The label states the product contains no milk, eggs, soy, wheat, yeast, or corn, and no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
