Osteo-Intercell CF is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per pack, giving a net content of 106.2 g. A serving is 2 capsules, and the label describes a daily dose for treatment of 4 capsules.

Each serving of 2 capsules provides 300 mg calcium, 75 mg magnesium, 12.5 µg (500 IU) vitamin D3, 45 µg vitamin K2, 2.5 µg vitamin B12 and 200 µg folic acid. At the daily dose of 4 capsules these amounts double to 600 mg calcium, 150 mg magnesium, 25 µg (1000 IU) vitamin D3, 90 µg vitamin K2, 5 µg vitamin B12 and 400 µg folic acid.

Ingredients are calcium salts of citric acid, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a glazing agent, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol, hydroxocobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. The label states the product is free from gluten, lactose, milk protein and soy, contains no animal-derived ingredients, and is free from flavorings, colorings, preservatives, sweeteners and GMOs.
