Zinc and Selenium is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container and 90 servings, one capsule per serving. Each capsule provides 15 mg of zinc (from zinc bisglycinate chelate), 200 µg of selenium (from selenium yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae), and 0.25 mg of copper (from copper bisglycinate chelate).
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Other ingredients are citric acid, organic rice extract, organic rice hulls, organic gum arabic and organic sunflower oil. The label states the product is free of gluten, GMOs, and soy, and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
