Each serving of 3 capsules provides L-tyrosine 500 mg, magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) 57 mg, ashwagandha root extract 135 mg, inulin 100 mg, zinc (as zinc picolinate) 15 mg, selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 100 µg, Japanese leaf extract providing 150 µg iodine, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 5 mg, and vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 2.5 µg.

The capsule shell is made from the bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The label states that the product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans and fish. The product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
