Iron Complex Caps is a carefully formulated iron supplement combining highly bioavailable Ferrochel® Ferrous Bisglycinate with a synergistic blend of essential vitamins and botanical extracts. Each vegetarian capsule delivers 27 mg of iron alongside Vitamin C, active folate (Quatrefolic®), and Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B-12) — ingredients chosen to complement one another in a single, convenient daily serving.
Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B-12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal red blood cell formation. These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
Rounded out with Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) root and Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf, this complex is presented in a 100-count vegan, cellulose-based capsule — free from gluten, dairy, soy and other common allergens — making it a clean-label choice for those looking to support their daily iron intake.
