Ultimate Omega Xtra is a fish oil supplement in soft gel form, supplied 60 soft gels per container, which is 30 servings at 2 soft gels per serving. Each serving provides 20 calories, 2 g of total fat, 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3, and 1480 mg of total omega-3s, made up of 850 mg EPA, 425 mg DHA and 205 mg of other omega-3s.
The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made of gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, additional natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, vitamin D3 with olive oil and cholecalciferol, and rosemary extract as a natural preservative. The label states the product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and advises consulting a physician if allergic to iodine, using blood thinners, or anticipating surgery.
