This product is a fish oil softgel supplement supplied in a pack of 60 soft gels, providing 30 servings at 2 soft gels per serving. Each serving provides 1120 mg of total omega-3s, including 586 mg EPA, 456 mg DHA and 78 mg other omega-3s, along with 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3.
The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural lemon flavor, additional natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil) and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines), and notes no gluten, no milk derivatives, and no artificial colors or flavors.
