OLMA PHARM Omega 3 Forte delivers a high-concentration fish oil sourced exclusively from Peruvian Anchovies — a clean, sustainable, and well-regarded source of marine omega-3 fatty acids. Each softgel capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil, yielding a potent 500 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 250 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) per daily serving, alongside Vitamin E to support product stability.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims supported by EFSA, applicable at a daily intake of 250 mg DHA and/or EPA for heart function, and 250 mg DHA for brain and vision benefits.
